The Role
* Food production to the highest standards

* Kitchen admin rostering stock control and ordering
* Mentor and train direct reports

The Person
* Fluent in English
* Previous experience as Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie
* A focus on quality cuisine with an eye for detail
* Well developed planning and organizational skills
* Exceptional team leadership and communication skills
* A hands on working style ability to motivate
* Creative and passionate about high quality
